Liquid duck eggs launched for US foodservice industry
Duck supplier Joe Jurgielewicz & Son, Ltd. is now offering liquid duck eggs to help serve the restaurant, private club, golf, resort and other foodservice industries.
The product is available in seven-pound gallon containers and is designed for commercial kitchen workflows. The company’s customer base includes high-end restaurants and premium foodservice establishments.
